I'm doing a project using Revit. I drew the walls and windows in Revit Architecture, and the structural system using Revit Structure. I realized I have an issue when I need to cut a section, but my building is in two pieces. Is there a way to combine the files other than copy-pasting one into the other?

Yes, just link the two files into each other... File-->Import-->Revit
