i tried to click on it and hopefully somekind of blue grips will appear so I can adjust the length of the drawing title but there isn't any grips appear. i would think this is fairly straightforward...but i'm missing something simple. your help is apprecaited. thanks.

You must select the "Viewport" like in the image then you can select the "Blue Grips" and adjust like you want....
