What am I doing wrong? I am trying to put room tags on a second level and they are reading exterior walls for some reason. I've checked the view range and it is cutting through the walls I am trying to put room tags in. In the option bar I have the Upperlimit set at 2nd level... for the hell of it I put it on every level and none work. I dont know why I am having this problem... it has never happened before. Thanks

It sounds to me like the host level of the views you are trying to place the tag on is not set to Level 2?

typhoon... I found an alternative method to get it working. This method you will have to transfer any detail lines you have to the new plan. What I did was cut a section through my project... and created another level to replace the one that was messed up. I couldnt delete the messed up level because it has associated to floors and walls to them... So I just renamed that level in section and deleted it off my floor plans. After creating the new level... I was able to place my room tags. Its a little and busy... but its working.
