I'm editing someone elses REVIT project.  The bottom 3 levels are GONE!  I took away the crop, looked throught scope boxes, hidden items...  Still GONE.  Any Ideas?

Are you talking about: in the Project browser you don't have the levels? or when you are in elevation view you can't see the level line???
