I've had it for about a week and have played with it a little. I think it's a great program but my problem is that the rest of

my colleagues are running AutoCad 3.3 and are about to upgrade to 2008 (I work for a university and outsource most of

our design work so I don't foresee our in house architects using revit anytime soon). I won't be doing a great deal of design but that

may change in the future. I know I won't be able to take advantage of revit's main advantages but would still like to use

the MEP tools to the fullest extent.  We have our entire campus in cad but obviously not in revit so I'm importing our CAD

files and trying to layout duct and piping systems. We'll see how well that works. Any tips or recommendations would be

greatly appreciated.

if it's not going to be a whole team effort, then you will have very bumpy road to travel. hopefully our users can help smooth that road.
