Folks - just to update you as to what this problem was-

 

Plan regions did not seem to be working.

 

The problem was caused because the user was in Project North mode.. when he changed back to true north - plan regions worked.

 

Souds like a possible bug.

Let me clear it up just a bit.

Originally I was in True North Mode when I drew the Plan Region. That's when it didn't behave correctly. I then erased that Plan Region, changed to Project North drew in the Plan Region. Then I went back to True North (where the Plan Region looks cock-eyed) and the Plan Region behaved correctly.

Long Process but it's works.
