Is there a way i can change the colors of each department? I've attached a screen shot. Is it possible to change T1 from green to yellow?

Also is there a way I can change the legend from department legend to a client or tenant legend? I've been unable to change the name of the legend any advice?

Click on the legend and in the options bar a button will appear called "Edit Color Scheme" Click that button. This will open a dialog where you can click on the colors and change them as well as change the title.
