Well this may be the simpliest tip but it never occurred to me until i was watching an AU screencast and saw all the drafting tools were available. I've been working at 1024x768 resolution for so long, but if you change it to 1152 x 864 and you have a limited amount of design tabs open.....you can say goodbye to "MORE TOOLS". It always bothered me that when detailing, the tools i was using the most were "hidden"

Of course there are two issues here.

1. This will not be an issue with the Ribbon (...or maybe it will help with design real estate)

2. Everything is so small.

What setting are you out there using? Let me know.

John
