Don;t know if this is the proper areana, but I have been trying since last evening to download several door families from this site and can't seem to get there.

I select and mark, fill the cart with several (up to 10), hit the "Download Now" link, am taken to a page where nothing happens. Rebooted, shut down inernet, left RevitCity and returened...same results. There still shows 10 items in the Zip Cart.

Logged in properly and have downloaded successfully in the past.

Thanks to all. I went back to the site this evening and tried downloading one at a time with success. Then I added a few each time until I reached the max. of 10. Correct, the files are huge but at the end the download dialog came up instantly and downloaded 10MB files inside 60 seconds.

Thanx again...whatever it was is gone now...if it happens again i will begin with single file downloads.
