Hi all Do any of you guys know whay this might be happening here? (see attached) Some of my beams are shown in stick as a thick line, and others for no apparent reason are thin. The beams are shown here in coarse detail, hence the reason they are sticks. Both beams are the same in there properties, in fact one was placed straight after the other. This some times happens when I copy a beam to a different location. Its not only an isue with beams. I have seen this happen with piles too. I am using RS 2009. Thanks, Jamie

I bet if you check them individually you will find that the Structural Usage field is different. Change them to "Other" to keep the thin line or "Girder" to make the line thicker. Hope this helps. See attached image
