I have a deck with a 3 riser stair system. I created a plan region to show the spindles, newel posts, and stringers in a deck plan view. Aside from my "plan region" the stairs have two middle stringers that show up in all views. Aside from my "plan region", the newels and spindles show up in all views. Question: Are plan regions designed to represent middle stringers if the cut plan intersects them? Question: Are plan regions designed to represent railing spindles and newels in plan view if the cut plane intersects them? I've had ongoing issues with this so I thought I'd ask the question a different way to try to resolve it.
