Has anyone find a way of setting up a keynote schedule in a project including keynotes that are part of a linked file ? we are using Revit 2009

Sorry but I am sure the keynote needs to be in the project.  Where we have linked files and views created in those files, we use sheets created in the linked file and printed from there.  Not the best ....
