Is there a way I can set a masking region to hide some items but not everything it goes over? I have a drawing with a referenced site plan. I want to keep most of the site plan, but remove the building and keep the new lines I have drawn over it. Is there some way to do this?

After making your masking region you can select it and then on the options bar is the draw order and you can use that. I dont think theres any other way to do it. A side thought...anyone else wish you could change the drawing order of multiple items at a time?
