I am working on a project where I want to show the clients some interior renders and walkthroughs.  However, I don't want any color, but I would like to keep the textures.  I don't want to lose the materials I already have, because I have spent alot of time getting the right colors for the woods, walls, etc.  I would like for the client to just get a feel of the space and I think some of the textures will give them an idea of what I am proposing to them, but I don't want them to get caught up in the colors of things.  If anybody has any ideas that would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.

I haven't tried it yet but I noticed if you make it really bright the colors almost go away

Adjust the Exposure control for Saturation and set it all the way to Grey. You get 100% greyscale.

What about in the case of a walkthrough.  Does the same apply or is there another way to do it?  Also, thank you both for responding.

Open the walkthrough view and open the Render dialog. Whatever you set in the Render dialog for that view will be what is used for the walkthrough export when you select Render as the output option.
