hello I work with different sheets and I was wondering if it is possible to make a revision schedule on one sheet where all the revisions show up of all the other sheets. The reason for this is I have one A3 sheets with data such as room area's, lighting fixtures, window heights and widths and I want to add a schedule with all the revisions of al the other sheets on it. I'm using Revit architecture 2009. I hope someone knows a solution. Greetings

Make a view with as many revision clouds as you have revisions. Each cloud referencing a unique revision. Turn the visibility of the revision clouds off and they should still be in the schedule. HTH

But is it possible to have the revision cloud on sheet number 1 and the schedule where the revision can be found on a second sheet? If I understand what you are meaning is that you make an invisible cloud on the sheet where the schedule is on.But how can the cloud be visible on the other sheet? greetings
