What's the best way to show a wall mounted handrail (like in a hospital corridor)???...With Railing or Sweep or something else? Can railings be hosted by walls?

Railings only can host in Stairs, Slabs, ramps but if your handrail is straight you can draw in that level where you want and the shape you want, select the right handrail and post....

So you would recommend using Railing over Sweep?... just removing the posts, since it is wall mounted.

Depend of what you need, if your rail is "straight" Yes, you can use something like in image (post) to "Attach" to the wall...
