I would like the ability for teh referencing to be readible in both directions ie from the callout back to the parent view. Basically i would lik to tell my contractor that detail 5 on sheet A5.01 has come from Section A on sheet A3.01. It works fine going from the parent view to the detail, but not the other way. Also, tha ability to join concrete stairs to concrete floor slabs would be great.

You can do this by creating a new view title. When you edit that, you can create labels that reference either the referencing detail or sheet.
