Looking to create Asphalt drives in toposurface that follow the grades, that also have a thickness that can be viewed when a section is cut. Any suggestions would help.
I have done split region and subregions but they do not have a thickness, so I can't see them in 3D

True they don't have a thickness but you still should see them in 3D??
Unfortunately the only way you are going to get a thickness is to use floors, and floors can only fall in one direction. We typicallly use topography then use walls, floors, in-place families to fill in any holes.
Its true currently the site tools are limited.
