I have been searching for a relatively simple way to create curbs gutters and sidewalks now that I have done it, it seems rather simple and should have presented itself to me earlier. I have used the sweep blend techique together with reference views attached to workplanes. The attached simple street, sidewalk, curb, gutter, and driveway were done using this technique and are pretty accurate.
