I am drawing a floor plan that has some typical section on it. My problem comes when I wish to show these as numerous sections will have the same calloff as they are identical sections, is there a way to show this as at present I can only have a section called one name?

Read you help "reference" then look at reference callouts. It will explain how to have multiple callouts referencing the same view.
