I am working on an office building where I have several different phases, each with a small amount of demo & new construction. For construction purposes, I want to create a sheet that shows one plan with all the demo and one plan with all the new construction, regardless of the phase created or demolished. I can't seem to be able to manipulate the phasing settings to acomplish this. Does anyone have a trick to doing this?

There may be some work arounds out there but the best approach is to have phases in which demo occurs and new construction occurs. Creatre a phase for demo with all of your demo there. Then in the view properties set the visibility to show demo and the phase to new construction. The new construction view will have visibilit set to previous and new. In my experiance with many phased projects the more complicated that you make it the longer you will take to finish the project.
