I wish to design my own mullion. I want a mullion with a joint. How do I design this? I am lost

make them in your curtain panels. its not possible to make a custom mullion that you use with the mullion tool.

Go to the "File-New-Family" and choose "Profile-Mullion" then draw your profile and load into the project, after this go to your "Project Browser" and "Duplicate" one of them (like in the image), then choose the new profile you drew in the propreties of that new mullion (duplicate)...
