I have a four story building and created five levels including one for Site. I have imported a AutoCAD 2D structural Foundation Plan on Site level. I need to refer to it while designing details on the upper levels. How do I accomplish this most efficiently? Thanks for your help.

You can have the site level underlaid on your other levels in the view properties... However, I would import the DWG with "current view only" - this renders it a 2D object rather than 3D. Then just copy/paste aligned into the desired views. I would then delete them once I've finished with them. HTH.
