Revit09- I'm wondering if there is any way to make a list of all the keynotes used in the project. I don't want to filter by sheet because, for example, a #8 keynote value will have a different number on the next sheet. Right now i have a series of details; I filled one sheet, however, once I begin to place them on the next sheet the Keynote Legend doesn't display any text after the numbers from the previous sheet. The attachments I've provided show how my Keynote Legend appears before and after I begin a second sheet of details. Before the second sheet it looks fine but after it only shows what is on the second sheet. Any ideas on how to show every value regardless of the of what sheet the detail appears?

Print the keynote file .... If you just want a hard copy. Cut and paste from the keynote file to a legend ... has to be updated when changed.
