We have a basic Room Finish Schedule that can wreck havock if it is not updated. We would like to be able to tie our floor type, base type(profile), ceiling type, and ceiling heights to our schedule. The next project we get, might have a bunch of different ceiling, ceiling heights, and floor types, Carpet 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, VCT 1, 2, 3, Wood floor, Sealed Concrete, and so on.
I would hope that it is a quick fix or trick to tie our ceilings and others to our schedule.
Any advice would be helpful.
Thanks
See attached sample schedule.

why not create a room tag that will have all you need in it?
mine atm got room name, room number, floor finish. it would be easy adding a ceiling height, though you will need to enter height manualy...
