Drew an on object in #D view but will not shou up in elevations or plans, but showed up in foundation plan. help!!!

Not enough information in your question.

 

It may be that what you created is not on in VG in the other views.  Was it a mass?  Check your VG settings.

It may be that what you created is ouside of your viewing area.  In plans, you have x-y and z that are all controlled.  Uncrop your view and do a ZA.  Then check your view range.

What I created was a wall and a column in plan, and then switched to 3d top view, don't know if that is relevant. Whether it was top or bottom. But when I finished drawing all of the columns, I realized was in 3d view and when switched to plan view, nothing showed up. but it was still visible in 3d and in the foundation plan but not in plan and elevations.

Check the properties of these elements.  If the wall resides on level one .... but it really is level one -10' then it is out of your view range.  Check your view range. 

 

AGAIN !!!! CHECK YOUR VG!  

 

Obviously you are a newbie so I doubt you have phases or design options so we won't address those possibilities.
