When I plot my demo drawings you can not tell that items like ceiling and flooring are being demolished.

The heavy boundary line shows great on screen, but when printed it gets hidden behind the walls. All you see in the plot is the heavy line at the openings, I would like to have it show around the whole room.

Does anyone know a fix for this?

I attached a pdf so you can see what i am talking about. The 1st page is my screen, the 2nd is the plot.

 Thanks in advance!

Take a look at you own PDF - I don't see your problem!  Perhaps it's your printer driver.  Print the pdf and see how that looks.

Annie1020,

I did a quick test to see if I could reproduce your results and I DID.

It's easy.

You used MODEL LINES to make the boundaries around the room - they cut in half on your Revit screen and they tuck UNDER the walls when you print... they are only visible across the doorways.

I used DETAIL LINES to create the same boundaries - and they print perfectly.  Try to remember that DETAIL LINES are actually placed on the VIEW... not into the model... so they can't accidentally tuck under items like walls/furniture/etc.

I hope this helps you.

Mike
