quite often i find myself moving my elevations plans to different sheets.

to do that at the moment i need to delete the view from one sheet and re-insert them to another (i understand that i cant have the same view on 2 different pages).

i don't understand why revit won't let me cut the views and paste them to another sheet. especially useful would be to be able to paste aligned or "move to sheet _" option. is anything like this possible?

thank,

 jakub

you can drag and drop from one sheet to another, expand your sheet in project browser and drag and drop to the new sheet, unfortunatley you still have to place it in the correct location it won't let you paste to same location

Have there been any advacnes in this area? It would be great if you could cut multiple views from one sheet and paste aligned to another. Bonus would be if the viewport name /bubble was aligned and the type (number and bubble or noth arrow or etc.) was also matched. As you can tell I have been moving things around on sheets for the last two days and am wishing things were a little smoother / easier.
