Hello, I am having difficulty snapping to the horizontal reference plane of the attached roof drain family that I pieced together. I can snap to the vertical reference plane. Any thoughts?

Somehow I fixed it... Never mind. Feel free to comment on the family though

what is the point? you fixed it and you can even tell it? you can ask but cannot give?

hey! i´ve got it: you have to draw them in model in place componet and you have to be in a plan or elev not the 3d view.
