I am making a stepped ceiling that starts at 10' and steps up 6" every 6' up to 13'.... I have placed my ceilings, however, they are just floating platforms.... how do I get a 6" verical ceiling? Or even more so, put cove lighting into the 6" rise?

This is a model ... model it like you would build it. Vertical bulkheads are single side gyp walls starting at the ceiling and going up. You can do angled bulkheads as ceiling sweeps.
