Can Revit create a non-planar shed roof between two walls that are not parallel? If so, how? (The tops of each respective wall are a constant elevation). Thanks.

Sounds like you would need to create a Mass Blend to achieve the framework in order to apply a roof by face. As the desired roof would be continually changing pitch... HTH.
