Everytime I reset my password it defaults to the original one revit city spit out. how do you change it...successfully?

i had similar problem i can't also change my email address, i never got to the bottom of it.

make sure after you type the password, you scroll to the bottom of the page to "update profile"... i just updated mine, logged out, and logged back in successfully with the new password.

Idk if the format changed (posting now in 2019), but right above the paypal donation icon, there's a section for member options. Here you can update things related to your profile like changing your password.

I had a similar problem I can't also change my email address, I never got to the bottom of it.

You are in control of your own Member Profile - your email address was set by you there and only you can change it.
EDIT USER PROFILE !
