I have certain issues with these labels, could use please correct me. 1. How to create a label which has 3 lines instead of 1 paragraph. In my case I given more space to get this in 3 lines (NASEEM NORTH                                  VILLAGE Block V19                               GA BASEMNT FLOOR PLAN) is there another better solution for this?2. Is there any label for purpose of issue (parametric one?)3. How to bring the revisions numbers/alphabets in revision column? I placed the labels but in project how to specify the revisions? For every new revisions I need to save the file separately?4. All these dates can be labels or it can be simple text? If i use label I don’t want time with the dates, so how to remove that time from the label?Thank you

In REVIT 2009, revisions can be listed going up.

To put the drawing back to what it was in a previous state and if you don't have a copy archieved like you should, you will have to somehow use the roll-back....That answers what you asked but when you say go back, do you really mean that?

hi

i am using 2009 only, could u please explain me how to make revision bottom top. see for eg. we are changing some portion of the block as revision 2 and again we changed to revision 3 so now for some reason we need to go back to the revision 01 and continue with it. In cad we are saving files as different revisions so that we can go back to it. is there any options available in revit to go backwards without saving as separate files?

Thank you

Darn it!  Why can't anyone look in the HELP!  It's called REVISION and here it is straight out of the HELP!

  1. Specify sorting for the revision schedule, as follows:
    1. Click the Sorting/Grouping tab of the Revision Properties dialog.
    2. For Sort by, select Revision Sequence, and specify Ascending or Descending.
    3. Ensure that Itemize every instance is selected.

King ... you may be right but if that's the case then shame on the user for not complaining and getting a full installation.

I just can't believe how many people fail to use the easiest resource (they should) have.  When I see a question that is so simple and should never have been asked, if the poster had just looked, I get upset.....

Not a problem.  You can do a revision schedule without any headers or title.  Sort in the direction you want and add your own text headers.
