i'm attempting to write a formula to automatically calculate the occupant load for a particular space.  what i want the formula to do is to recognize the number in one "cell" and to respond in another "cell" according to what it reads.

in other words (see attached)

if comments = 15 then divide the area by 15if not then...if comments = 20 then divide the area by 20if not then...if comments = 100 then divide the area by 100

i've read about how to write the syntax for a conditional statement with embedded IF statements and i thought i understood it (similar to excel) but i keep getting the error that reads "improper use of boolean expressions."

this is the formula i'm using:

IF(Comments=15, Area/15, IF(Comments=20, Area/20, IF(Comments=100, Area/100,0)))

what am i doing wrong?  is what i want possible?
