I would like to use a cast stone element in my Revit building - downloaded in a Sketchup file. The ornamental rail shown is shown below. I need to be able to trim the ends to a miter though so that I can make turns in the rail. I am new to importing from Sketchup and just realized none of the Revit trim or clip tools will work on the imported item. I cant seem to alter the file in sketchup either. What am I missing? Hi, the objects imported by SK to Revit you only can change the material on that, if you want to change anything you must do it in SK or CAD, what you can do is create a family like that in Revit....
