I don't have much time to add interior lighting. is there a way to make the rendering much lighter (it's almost black) without changing the model and still having high quality rending?

Increase the "Watts" 10x of your light...

You can adjust the settings after you render, under the render dialog, it to make it lighter or darker etc. If you mess it up, just set it back to default.

Every time i render interior scenes, the walls look like dirty, and bumpy. (as Shown in the pic)

What can i do to get clean smooth surfaces?

These are a direct result of the materials you have assigned.  You are in control of those and part of learning revit is experimenting with the material controls to see what they do.
