Can anyone shed some light on my roof sweep dilemna? In creating roof sweeps (fascia) I want to be able to reuse those profiles in other projects, but I also want the ability to trace to profile over the roof edge. If I go with an in-place create family, edit sketch profile, I can't save the profile for reuse. Is there anyway to transfer it to another project? If I create a new "hosted profile" to solve that problem, I can't figure how to draw it on top of the roof geometry (as a guide).

Hi, From File Menu, Click Transfer Project Standard. You have to have the 2 projects open. You can also save your profile to your library and load it to your new project.

Thanks. I knew it would be something easy and obvious.
