Hi first post, im doing my first house project in revit after doing it in archicad. Got to say Revit is much better than archicad for producing the model in a clear logical layout.

I need a patio door and side lights plus a different front door style to the type used in revit. I attach a elevation to show what im after and any guidance from you guys would be greatly appreciated.

You can modify one of the door with side lites families to do what you need.  No time like the present to learn how! 

Goto some of the links that have tutorials on family building, then if you have problems, come back with more specific questions.  Be sure to use your HELP and search this site first though!
