I can successfully change the size of the View Title text via duplication of the existing, but i cant seem to find where to change the size of the circle! Can you help?

Excellent site by the way, its been a great help!!

Find view title in your families under annotations and edit that family.

I have tried that but i cant find the circle to modify, what i see is attached

Turn them on under annotations in VG in the family editor.

is there any way i can get a colon / semi colon into the title as it says the characters are not supported?!

I cannot say for sure but the message 'unsupported character' pretty much tells the story. A colon is considered one of many 'special characters'. Databases and SQL do not deal well with these 'special characters like ! % & * $ : " ? < >
.
That's just the way she goes !

Thats fine, but i will have to look into SQL next! For now i added simple text where the colons should be
