Does anyone know how to do a wall that is not 90 degrees from the floor? Is this just a s simple as creating a new wall type or this a more difficult process?

I would do it as an in-place family using a sweep to get the wall profile and slope.

that makes sense. I guess i would just use voids for my openings and piece walls in those openings so i can insert doors and windows. Does that sound about right?

You can place door and windows into the sloped wall (use 3D view), but it will probably not behave like you would expect. Best advice I can give is model it like you would build it the best you can using the present set of Revit tools.
