Whenever I open RevitCity to obtain new models, I alway select the option "Search only items I have not already downloaded" Result is 2 pages of items which contains many items that cannot be downloaded, yet keep recurring. Page resolution can take up to 1 minute per page (minimum so far 17 seconds) Can these items be re-categorised so as not to show when using this option?

We do not know what items you are having trouble downloading. You could list the problem families in an email to RevitCity - click on the contact us.

Hin in Top-Right side you have "Member Options - UPLOAD CONTENT", pick in that, give the name, version if you want and so one...
