I created a curtain wall panel family that is a louvered window. When I try to use it in my project it doesnt extend all the way to the right side of the panel and also goes above the top of the panel!!? Please help i'm sure it's something simple I'm doing wrong, i'm new to families and I did this following a tutorial.

When you're creating the window pane or panel or whatever it is that seems to not be attaching right try to constrain the edges you want to the edges they attach to otherwise they'll stay the same height as they were when you created it in the family. So if you have a curtain wall pane and you want to attach it to the top of the system create the sketch and then constrain the sketch lines to the top of the system....that should fix your problem. Hope that helps!
