I am a noob and I have a rather complicated project. First I have a detail on the door openings I need to show. In plan I have the door say a 6' opening double glass door. What I need to show is an additional 4" beam on each side of the opening with a 1" frame so a 6' door needs to have 6'-10" between wall openings.
Second"
I need to show what is basically an inverted bay window. There is a 10" wall and a window but the window is offset 3' back from the outside face of the wall to create a large sill on the outside. Also there is a taper, where the opening is at the exterior the dimension is 11' but at the window it's 9'. Very complicated to explain so I have a picture of the file I am working from. The red is the sill on the out side the glazing is blue.
Any thing would help Thanks
