When installing revit 8 I chose to keep revit 7. An error message came up "EULA.cab is corrupted error: the system cannot find the file path specified". Then it seemed to load ok. Still on 7 a few days later things went crazy- got into some strange software loop. Could the install of 8 have caused this? I have now dumped 8 (for the moment) any ideas? (I'm on a dell precision M60 with 1 gig of ram) Thank you-

Not sure about the error. Is there a problem with moving all of your work to 8? Once the new version is out, I dont see any reason why you would need to use and old version. Brett

Having multiple versions should have no effect on each other. I currently have 6.1, 7, & 8 installed and have no problems. I'd suggest re-installing 7, then installing v8 after that if you require both versions on your system and i'd suggest that most people should for the first couple of months of a new release.
