HELP HELP HELP – having so much trouble with Revit. I am trying to intersect the roof with a wall and delete the overlapping roof (See rcap.jpg). Also I am trying to cut an opening in the wall where the roof and exterior walls intersect the wall (see the sketchup screen shot scap.jpg). Please see attached files they will give more information. Ultimately you can see what I want to do in scap.jpg. I have included the revit file along with two screen shots of what I want to do here: ***LINKS REMOVED*** I'm new to forums and am a masters student and don't have time to read a million rules on posting. I'm sorry if I have broken any rules - Thank you so much for any reply and help. Susan

PERFECT!!!!!! Thank you so much. This is exactly what I was trying to do. I would really like to know how you did it. I'm sure you're busy - but if you can post the video or explanation sometime, I'd really appreciate it.
Again THANK YOU SOOOOOOO much.

I have the video it takes about 2 minutes to do it but i have some problems to upload the video, i think there is in the "Screencast.com" where i have my files, i try to solve the problem and when i do it i post here the video, its a promise, go to Plan Roof, pick in the roof and edit, you will see the line magenta on the right i move it to the wall and uncheck "Define slope" then go to the section 2 and pick in the wall where you want to make the opening, pick in top "Edit" and create in the place and the shape you want for the opening, finish and it's done...
