I've added a mass to resemble a mansard roof and in 3D view the entire mass shows.  When looking at elevation views only a portion of the mass shows.  Any ideas?  Thanks!

When exporting out my 3D image or an elevation into a jpg file it won't show the mass which defeats the purpose - any ideas?

In the TOP of the screen, on the left of the icon "House (3d view)" you have a "3d rectangle in blue" pick on that button, the mass show up in the view or/and go to VG and check ON in the "Mass"...

The mass icon button is chosen but when exporting the mass doesn't show at this point.  You also mention VG, what's this?

VG= Visibility/Graphics, type VG then a menu with "Model, annotation, imported" show up, in model down until you see "Mass", by default it's uncheck, pick to check On...

Typhoon - thanks!  Here are the images of the 3D view as well as one elevation.  Again, thanks very much for your help!

OK, sorry... try this image.  I had added lines and a filled region to resemble the mass and then hid them in view.

That "blue" roof is a "Mass"? go to Massing menu and pick in "Roof by face", select the faces of the roof you want, then in properties of that "New" roof you can change the tickness, material, components and so one, ONLY use the "MASS" to create forms easly and fast, then apply "walls, floors, roofs, curtain system", every time you open your project you have to check VV (mass) and so one.... Sorry (i must tell this soon) but i think the problem it's other....
