attached you will find a shaft that is created in our structural consultants file through their floor slabs. This view is from a 3rd floor floor plan. You can see the door swing and concrete surfact pattern below and those are form the first floor. As you can tell in the second image my view range for this sheet is set correctly to not see anything below the 3rd floor level. Tell me why I can see the first floor objects and how to fix if possible. I have tried a plan region even though that was no different than the view range settings already correctly set. Can teh structural guys view range be affecting this somehow or is it a bug? thanks for all your help in advance

see if that view has the first floor set as an underlay

Yes I have checked that and there is no underlay.....

Did you turn on plan regions in VG to see if one of those might be in this area? 

I am quite sure this is NOT a bug.  Please keep us informed of what you have found out is wrong.

yes i have checked plan region. in fact i have tried to create a new one ove rthis area and those do not work either. My stomach tells me its to do with the shaft being cut in the structural linked in model. but my view ranges should override anything they have going on i would think....
