I am creating a beam that should have holes (voids) piercing every 3'. I've been studying a number of arrays in other families, and I've read the tutorial on nesting and arrays, but I can't figure this thing out! I tried to create a formula for the array, but the voids continue to lock to the center of the beam, and there are only two voids.

NoSleep When arraying - use ' move to last' option. Otherwise your voids aren'l cutting any thing John A

Unfortunately, the revised attached that you gave only has two voids placed in the center of the beam when used in a project. Or, am I doing something wrong?
