I am attempting to use the Mirror Project Tool on a large project (1.07M)...In the first attempt, I let Revit run for 2 hours before the operation shut down. The computer that I am running Revit on is a Dell with 3.25 GB of RAM and Intel Core 2 Quad Processor...I am looking for a way to channel/reconfigure the computer to put more power into the Mirroring operation...is this possible or do I need to find a super-computer to do this on?

And your Large project only has 1.07M? or 10.7M? or 107M??? because with that computer and the file only with 1.07M, I don't see any reason to Revit delay so much...

Actually, not 1.07MB, it is 107MB (107,000KB?)

Well, a file with 107Mb (like i suspect) is a Large file and when you try to Mirror, "He" (revit) duplicate the information, it's like your file "grow" to double (214Mb), it's really a HUGE file to process, i have 8Gb of Ram and some times, when the file is large, "he" take a while to process, i don't know, i never had a file with that MB but you can try add more Ram (i don't know also, if you are using 64bits Revit and O.S. (Vista or XP) 64 bits)???

Well, so far no luck mirroring this fil.  I have not tried to add more RAM yet and I think that will help but, I have tried to perform the operation on both 32bit - XP and 64bit - Vista without success.  So, I will keep trying some other options...actually, I am able to mirror the model by linking it into another file, but am not able to bring the sheets with all of the annotations/dimensions/tags etc. - I am trying to avoid having to re-do all of that work which we already did...Thanks for your response though - all the way from Portugal?  Cool!
