Hi I just have a quick question

How would you go about creating hills in revit? I want to make a slanted driveway, and make the land around it a hill.

here is a very exagerated photo

something like this with a driveway on it

http://www.sacred-destinations.com/england/images/avebury/silbury-hill/silbury-hill-hdr-cc-tag.jpg

of course it isnt going to be that steep, i only need it to go up about 6 feet if that

if i posted this in the wrong section then somebody tell me and i'll repost it somewhere else or a moderator could move it please.

Hi Kevin

Have you done the tutorials on topo surfaces, once you've done those you'll have no problems making a small hill.

Just create a toposurface by points and incrementally change the elevation height, you can edit in 3d and elevation views aswell until you get what you are after.

Yup, Teddy is right, you can read the tutorial about toposurface.. you can create contour using point or you can import dwg or csv file to Revit... and for driveway along the contour, you can create it with subregion... but, there's a good thread here about toposurface, but I forgot where it is... :D
